Office Weekly

This week has been exciting and interesting for us here at 2ndTimesaCharm! We have taken product photos, items description, and connected with vendors this entire week! This week allowed us to really connect with our vendors and show them that our commitment with them is our main priority. Making posts on social media is one thing that we are really trying to get on a schedule with and make sure our social media is reaching its full potential, and reaching our audiences with what they're looking for and interested in. Our social media accounts have an impact on our customers and vendors because that is one important way that we try to connect with them and let them know we’re interested in what they are doing. Although we are focusing on doing two posts a day, the morning post is usually a pick me up or encouraging thoughts. While our second post of the day is product focused, we try to make sure customers are knowledgeable about the products that we are offering  and that questions are answered through our informational postings. 

Another thing that we are really trying to do for the business success side is more analysis of our postings, ads, and overall analyzing our success over the week.  If we do run into an issue, we work hard to make sure that the issue is taken as a first priority and fixed so next week we can turn that problem into a success.  

Overall, we have come to the conclusion here in the office how important communication is; whether that communication is between us here in the office as employees, between ourselves and customers, or even discussion between us and our vendors. Without communication the office is almost non-functioning. Therefore in order for us to be successful and continue to have our business grow in the way that it has been...Communication is Key!
