Office Weekly #3: Kentucky Trade Show

This week here at 2ndTimesaCharm, Wesley and Eddie attended a trade show in Kentucky! Trade shows allow them to talk with vendors and share with them how passionate we are about what we do here at 2ndTimesaCharm! 

le they were in Kentucky, Alexus and I spent Monday in the office focusing on getting ready for the week! Alexus did everything from packaging orders to getting them shipment-ready. The work that she does in the office helps us to provide customers with exceptional customer service and get orders together quickly and efficiently. A few reasons we feel that 2ndTimesaCharm is successful is because of our customer service and great products that keep our customers coming back time and time again. 

The environment here at 2ndTimesaCharm is friendly, caring, and most importantly everyone has such a great work ethic! The time that we spend in office is spent working hard to fulfill the expectations of the vendors and customers. Our main goal is create an environment that is successful yet enjoyable to work in. When it comes to our social media accounts, we strive to create post that customers can relate to, engage in, and simply enjoying reading! 

As the week comes to a close for us, we are ready and excited to work on new projects here in the office beginning next week! Have a wonderful fun filled weekend!
